Please read the instructions below before submitting your application. Submission of your application indicates that you agree to all conditions and terms of this event. After submitting your application, you will be redirected to a payments page to submit your payment using PayPal. We are accepting credit cards through PayPal.
2026 Tour Dates/Times: September 25,26 & 27 Friday, Saturday, & Sunday 10 am to 5 pm. To participate in the 2026 Artists’ Studio Tour you must be a current member of PLACERVILLE ARTS ASSOCIATION (PAA). To apply and pay for an individual ($35) or couples ($60) membership go to: http://www.placervillearts.com and complete the application and payment as instructed.
The Artists’ Studio Tour Fee is determined by your PAA membership status as an individual or couple and the date you mail this application and are as follows: PAA membership status STUDIO TOUR FEE and APPLICATION DEADLINES

Information from your application will be used for the brochure and website. We do not publish your address unless you are a host studio. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO PROOFREAD THE BROCHURE AND WEBSITE IN JUNE WHEN EMAILED.
ART IMAGES: Provide 3 jpeg images (minimum size 2 megabytes) with a file name of: [YOUR NAME]-[ARTWORK TITLE]. All images will be included in the web page. Indicate which image you wish to have included on the brochure. Email images to: ninamajorartist@yahoo.com DEADLINE for photos to be included in the tour brochure or other publicity is June 1, 2026 Mail this application and a check payable to Placerville Arts Association for the required amount and listed at STUDIO TOUR FEE and APPLICATION DEADLINES above. HOST STUDIOS: PLEASE PROVIDE PREFERRED TURN-BY-TURN DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO YOUR STUDIO ON A SEPARATE PIECE OF PAPER. STUDIO TOUR FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE: Exceptions: If an artist is unable to find a studio (refund must be requested by June 1); or if the tour is canceled by the tour committee. Tour Chair: Paul Yandell pryandell@gmail.com 760-500-6006 Placerville Arts Association 2026 Artists’ Studio Tour Liability Statement and Participation Agreement PLACERVILLE ARTS ASSOCIATION has liability insurance coverage for this event; however, you are strongly advised to have your own liability insurance as well. CDTFA Seller’s Permit: Participating artists are required to have a current Seller’s Permit for the specific address where they are showing. Instructions on how to get a Seller’s Permit or a temporary Seller’s Permit is available at https://www.paastudiotour.com/participantinfo. Each artist is responsible for displaying their current Seller’s Permit at the venue. Artists NOT registered with the tour: The host/owner of each tour venue is responsible to ensure each artist at their venue has paid the fee associated with their participation in the tour. If it is discovered that an artist is showing art at a venue who has not registered for the tour, the host/owner will be responsible for paying the PAA membership fee (if not a member) and the tour registration fee ($150) for their guest artists. If the host/owner declines to pay for unregistered artists at his/her venue the host will not be allowed to participate in the tour for three years. (Studio hosts may ask for application and payment confirmation from the tour leadership team.) Students’ Art: A participating artist who teaches art may display up to 12 pieces of their students’ art, no more than three pieces per student. Each student must be a member of PAA and provide a Seller’s Permit as specified above to show their work during the tour. The tour application fee will be waived for the first year of participation only. They will NOT be listed in the brochure. Artist work: I certify that all work exhibited by me is my own original work or a reproduction of my own original work, is solely executed by me, and is not copies of the work of any other artist living or dead and/or under copyright, or reproductions of photographs under copyright. If a dispute arises concerning the appropriateness of artwork displayed, the PAA Board of Directors shall be the only authority to make the final decision. Advertising and Publicity: I grant the tour principals’ permission to use the information and images submitted for purposes of publicity and education in print and online via internet and web and social media. Tour Participation: All participating artists: I agree to show my work all three days of the tour, Friday, Saturday, & Sunday (Sep. 25-27) from 10 am to 5 pm. Host/owner: I agree that my venue will remain open for ALL days of the tour from 10 am to 5 pm. PAA Policies: I agree to follow ALL PAA and Studio Tour policies and procedures. Alcohol: If alcohol of any sort is served, I will do so responsibly and in accordance with the guidelines of PAA. Alcohol must be served by the host. Self-serve is not allowed. All guests who look to be under 30 years old must present ID to be served. Alcohol may not be served to any guest who appears to be under the influence. Submission of this application and payment of the tour fee indicate your agreement with the terms and conditions for this event.
